…you think I would have known in my profession at the ol’ body parts place at Anatomy Gifts Registry, huh???
Although, in my vast experience, I have NEVER seen a skull cap remover which resembled that contraption …

It’s a skull saw – with a set of old surgical tools.

This hand-cranked saw’s blades were used to cut through sections of the skull, allowing for access by other instruments.

Okay, a skull saw from yesterday, and a tobacco smoke enema for today. Both of which were already guessed. Although the bellows is used for fireplaces too. Darn! John do another one!

John, the current picture is a fireside bellows (right?) and since I know that these things help in fires, keeping them lit and all, (grandpa has one) Might the tool from yesterday be a way to assemble the fireside bellows, and the profession be some sort of crafter? or else the tool has something to do with the construction of a fireplace?
